Privacy policy

On the lightkeeperpro.eu website we process only what is strictly necessary: the email address of those who subscribe to our newsletter, and technical records of website access. We do not sell the data or pass it on to anyone else for marketing.

Email newsletter

  • What data: email address, the time and IP address of the subscription and of its confirmation. For emails sent, also information about whether they were opened and links were clicked.
  • Purpose: sending news about LightKeeper PRO and related NET service solution products (ISPadmin, FlowPro NG, VPNpilot, SolaTronic) and evaluating which information interests you.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The subscription takes effect only after you confirm it via the link sent to you by email.
  • How long: until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of every email or by writing to sales@net-service.cz.
  • Who processes the data on our behalf: we send emails using the Mailchimp service of Intuit Inc. (USA). The transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Visiting the website

  • The website does not use cookies or any third-party analytics or advertising tools.
  • The web server records technical data about access (IP address, time, requested page, browser). This data is used to ensure the security and operation of the website and for aggregate traffic statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep these records for no more than 90 days; aggregate statistics without IP addresses are kept longer.
  • The website runs on our own servers in the Czech Republic.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and the right to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal. If you believe that we process data in breach of the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
