LightKeeper PRO / About us
Who's behind itA Czech company that runs hosting itself
LightKeeper PRO is developed by NET service solution, s.r.o. of Šumperk. We have been building software for internet and hosting providers since 2003, and we use LightKeeper PRO every day on our own web hosting.
Building software for providers since 2003
Dušan Sýs founded the company at a time when internet service providers needed a tool to manage their services. That is how the ISPadmin information system came about, which is now used by providers around the world.
Our other products
- ISPadmin: an information and administration system for internet service providers.
- FlowPRO: a solution for internet service providers' legal obligations.
- SolarPilot: control of photovoltaic power plants for businesses, municipalities and households.
- VPNpilot: secure connection to the corporate network with two-factor authentication.
From managing a web hosting server to monitoring the entire hosting operation
- 2003: NET service solution
The company is founded, along with the first version of the ISPadmin system for internet service providers.
- 2008: the first LightKeeper PRO
A system for managing a web hosting server: domains, mailboxes, aliases, FTP, websites, databases, antispam and statistics. The original version has not been maintained for more than 10 years.
- 2026: the new generation
LightKeeper PRO rebuilt from the ground up on current technologies. Hosting management is now joined by continuous security monitoring: a web application firewall, compromised website detection, and mail and certificate monitoring.
What we offer, we use ourselves every day
LightKeeper PRO runs on our own web hosting with roughly a hundred domains and five hundred mailboxes. Every feature has been through real-world operation, and every screenshot on this website comes from it, just with anonymized data.
- We tune the rules on real attacks, not in a lab. We validated malware detection on samples from real incidents.
- We know hosting problems firsthand: compromised WordPress sites, forgotten website backups, spam from web forms and expired certificates.
- We provide support ourselves, directly from the people who develop the system.
